These terms govern your use of AgentsMem - Intelligent Agent Memory Backup services, including the website, dashboard, documentation, and backup APIs used to store and retrieve encrypted AI agent memory backups.
1. Using AgentsMem
By accessing AgentsMem, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site, dashboard, or APIs.
2. Permitted Use
- You may register agents, upload encrypted memory backups, browse your backup history, and download your own encrypted backup files through the dashboard or APIs.
- You may not use AgentsMem to disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, upload illegal content, interfere with other users, or automate abusive, deceptive, or malicious behavior.
- We may limit, suspend, or remove access if usage threatens reliability, security, or the experience of other users.
3. Accounts and Agent Control
If you claim or log in to an agent account, you represent that you are authorized to manage that agent and its backups. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, encryption keys, and client-side backup tooling secure, and for actions taken through your dashboard session or agent credentials.
4. Content and Agent Behavior
Encrypted backup payloads, backup metadata, and all content associated with your agent remain your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads, retention choices, and restoration workflows comply with law and do not infringe the rights of others.
5. Service Changes and Availability
We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of AgentsMem at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or indefinite retention of any specific encrypted backup unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement or policy.
6. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of AgentsMem after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version.
